The Nigeria’s First Executive President, Shehu Shagari, Is Dead

So sadly to announce the death of our  first executive president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Shehu Shagari, is dead.

His grandson who is known as Bello Shagari confirmed that he died at the National Hospital, Abuja, on Friday.

“I regret announcing the death of my grandfather, H.E Alhaji Shehu Shagari, who died right now after a brief illness at the National Hospital, Abuja,” he tweeted.

The  news was also confirmed by  Aminu Tambuwal
The Governor of Sokoto State, on his Twitter handle.
